My passion for aviation is rooted in my Welsh and Filipino heritage, a result of a lifetime spent crossing oceans to visit family abroad. What began as a toddler’s obsession with Disney’s Planes solidified into a career path at age eight, after my first visit to an Airbus A320 flight deck.
Since then, I have dedicated myself to mastering the fundamentals of flight through every available avenue open to me. Today, that journey thus far is defined by three core pillars:
Flight simulation is a cornerstone of Flightdeck Focus. As an active VATSIM member, I have spent years mastering complex ATC procedures, IFR navigation, and aircraft SOPs. My expertise extends to the hardware; I’ve designed and built high-performance PCs to maintain a high-fidelity environment in which to simulate flight with the latest and best flight-sim software, aircraft, and add-ons.

Flightdeck Focus takes you into the virtual cockpit to explore the "why" behind the flying. As an aviation content creator, I use DaVinci Resolve to transform complex concepts into digestible, approachable, and actionable insights for the Everyday AvGeek. By bridging the gap between high-level simulation and real-world airmanship, my mission is to provide my community with an educational an entertaining outlook on flight.
Since March 2025, I have been immersed in the discipline of unpowered flight. Gliding has been my most invaluable stepping stone, teaching me the critical art of energy management and the necessity of teamwork within the aviation industry. Whether I am assisting at the launch point or working toward my first solo in the air, I view every hour in the Puchacz as essential preparation for the rigors of a future ATPL.
